The Irish Rugby Football Union has made Rugby GamePlanner a major part of their coach development for all Stage 3 and Stage 4 courses. This includes their Assistant and Head Coach courses. Since May 2006 every coach attending these courses are given a copy of Rugby GamePlanner V3.

Rugby GamePlanner V3 can now be used as the principle communication source between coach and trainer. This can greatly assist the transfer of knowledge from trainer to coach and provide the trainer with a superb platform to push the coach to a higher level.
